English & Communication Skills is an important feature of the course as it
helps her to deal confidently with her superiors, equals, subordinates. This art is
acquired in both spoken & written form.
The commercial correspondence of the organisation can be handled by the diploma
holder. The art of letter writing is equally important & essential for the effective commonication as we can think of office without correspondence.
The spinal cord of the office is its account section, maintenance of accounts, office
management, notes routine nature letters, art of book-keeping, profit & loss statement, balance sheets & other miscellaneous office records are other features of the diploma.
