Monthly Meetings :
The co-ordinator, Project Officer, Asstt. Project Officer, supervisors & field staff meets the first week of every month at the polytechnic venue to discuss the problems faced by them in the field if any. Then the progress of the month is checked, the field assistants also submit their reports & discuss the problems if any.
Advisory Committee Meetings :
Two Advisory Committee Meetings are held every year for the Operationalisation of the activities held for the functioning of the the scheme. The composition of the meeting remains as per the norms,
